I am very disappointed in the hotel, and in its management for using post pandemic as an excuse not to clean hotel rooms.Welcome to Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Cambridge Explore Boston From our Cambridge Hotel's Ideal Location Had I known that I would receive no services, I would never have stayed at this hotel. For the price that I am paying to stay here each night, I believe that those basic services should have been provided, and if they weren’t going to be provided, then I should’ve been apprised of that at the time of reservation. I returned exactly 12 hours later at 9 PM tonight and my garbage cans are still full and my beds are still unmade. I was told early this morning when I left the hotel around 9 AM that those items would be taken care of. Today I was motivated to write this review on the second to last night of my stay because I specifically requested that my garbage cans be emptied, which are full with food, and that my beds be made after three days. Unless one is living at a hotel, who stays for five days? I would have stayed at a different hotel had I known that I would not receive service during my stay.
I’m only staying four days so I wont receive any services that I’m paying for during my entire stay. Therefore I was shocked to find that the rooms weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and garbage cans weren’t emptied for five days. I selected the Fairfield Inn over other hotels in Salina Kansas, largely based on its reviews.
